Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EstimoAI website at estimoapp.com and the AI price intelligence platform (the "Service") provided by EstimoAI ("EstimoAI", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

EstimoAI provides AI-generated cost estimates, item valuations and quote checks based on information you submit (photos, PDFs, quotes or descriptions). Outputs are estimates for informational purposes only and are not professional, financial, legal, insurance or construction advice.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or for spam.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Upload malware, probe or interfere with the Service, or scrape it.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service.
• Circumvent technical limits, credit allowances or plan features.
• Submit content you do not have rights to submit.

4. AI outputs and your responsibilities

• You are responsible for your inputs and for how you use outputs.
• Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; verify before relying on them.
• Do not use outputs as a substitute for regulated professional advice (e.g. surveying, insurance, legal, tax) without qualified oversight.
• We may filter, refuse or remove outputs and inputs that violate these Terms or our policies.
• If a rights-holder believes content infringes their rights, contact legal@estimoapp.com; we will review and act, and may suspend repeat infringers.

5. Intellectual property

EstimoAI and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including software, models, documentation and branding. Subject to these Terms we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You retain rights in content you upload and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

6. Plans, payments and Stripe

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. and its affiliates. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms in addition to these Terms. Paid plans renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Applicable taxes (VAT/GST) are calculated and shown at checkout. You can manage your subscription, update your payment method and view invoices at any time from the Stripe customer portal linked from your account.

7. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel your paid plan at any time. See our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility and how to request one.

8. Service levels

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, change features, or discontinue parts of the Service.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time. On termination your right to use the Service ends and your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention window, subject to legal requirements.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
